Blister Automaten mit Rotation System gibt es schon sehr lange. 

Die Kassetten befinden sich in einem Karoussel. Zu erreichen sind sie über eine Tür. Das Karoussel dreht die benötigten Kassetten zur Tür. Die Tabletten fallen im Inneren der Maschine  in einen Trichter und dann in den Schlauch.
